People say that we can develop leadership, but leadership styles tend to be sticky. The best way to strengthen your leadership is to understand yourself. Maximize your strengths and obtain the skills to adjust your style depending on the situation. I am delighted to help each of you maximize your leadership inside and outside the classroom. My goal is to help you succeed in your business and life ahead. See you in class.
