John Flanagan is a marketing and sales professional with over 20 years’ experience in Japan. Career highlights include launching J:COM and running marketing operations at 20th Century Fox, the iTunes division of Apple, Dyson, and the fashion category for Amazon. Currently, he is General Manager for A+E Networks Japan, a subsidiary of the global media and entertainment company A+E Networks.
He graduated from Colorado College with a BA in Political Economy, which included one year’s study at Waseda University in Tokyo. Mr. Flanagan later attended INSEAD, graduating from the business school’s International Executive Program.
